Welcome!Above the Line is a community based not-for-profit that has served at-risk children and teens since 1976. Our mission is to promote healthy and productive lives for at-risk children and teens in safe, therapeutic and educational environments. We run a therapeutic group home for girls ages 13-18, two foster care programs for children 3-18 and a collaborative on-site alternative education school.
